Connect your calls to the work that follows

Customer conversations are more useful when the right people can find the information behind them. Our 3CX integrations connect supported call and messaging activity with the records, tickets and workflows your team uses. Explore our integrations, compare their capabilities and choose the connection that fits your process.

Give your team the context to act

Recognize the caller

Match supported incoming calls with existing records and make the relevant information easier to open. An integration can reduce the steps between a conversation and its follow-up; the functions depend on the product and configuration.

  • Keep useful activity with the record

Record supported call or messaging events in the appropriate customer record, ticket, activity or board.

  • Apply your own operating rules

Where supported, use direction, number, queue, agent, department or other available information to determine what the integration does.

  • Make call information easier to review

Supported connectors can make recording information or 3CX-generated AI output available in the connected application when the required features are enabled.

  • Work directly with the team that builds the integration

We develop our integrations in-house and support their configuration. That lets us discuss how the connector behaves, investigate an issue in context and assess changes when your process needs something specific. You can also involve us alongside your existing IT provider or 3CX partner.

  • Need to connect something else?

Tell us which applications are involved, what information needs to move and what should trigger the action. We assess the available APIs, permissions and system requirements before proposing an adaptation or custom integration.

An integration for your CRM

Your software isn’t in the catalogue? We can build a custom template or connector to link it to 3CX.

Let’s talk about your integration

Keeping track of calls takes time

When your phone system and customer relationship management software (CRM) aren’t connected, your team has to transfer the information manually.

  • After each call, your employees have to enter the information into the CRM themselves.

  • The phone rings and no one knows who is calling until they look up the file.

  • Many calls are never logged in the CRM, for lack of time.

  • New customers who call are not added to the CRM, or are added twice.

  • To find out what was said on a call, you have to track down whoever took it.

  • To call a customer, you copy their number from the CRM and retype it on the phone.

Our integrations connect 3CX to the tools your team already uses. The functions available depend on the product and its configuration, and each product page explains what is supported.

Understand the integration types

Browse the catalogue by application, industry or integration type. Each product page explains its supported functions, requirements and setup options.

CRM templates for 3CX

These integrations are configured within 3CX using an Evolute template. Their capabilities depend on the supported CRM API and the functions available through the 3CX CRM integration. The product page explains the requirements, installation and included assistance.

Hosted connectors

An Evolute-hosted service connects the systems and supports the functions described on its product page. This approach can support more detailed processing, mappings and workflow rules. The offer identifies the hosting, maintenance and support included in the service.

Add-ons

These tools add a defined capability to a supported environment. Check the product page for its purpose, dependencies and relationship to your existing 3CX setup.

This is for you if…

  • You use 3CX V20 Pro or AI, or plan to move to it.
  • Your team works in a CRM, an ERP or a help desk tool and spends time logging calls by hand.
  • You want supported call and messaging activity recorded in the customer file, with rules that fit your workflow.
  • Your software is not in our catalogue and you are looking for a team that can assess and build the integration.

What it isn’t

  • A replacement for your CRM: your employees keep working in the tools they know.
  • A requirement to switch 3CX providers: the integration installs on your existing system.
  • Software delivered without support: we confirm the requirements with you and help you through installation.

Setup starts with your workflow

  1. Confirm the systems

We confirm the systems and versions involved and review the access requirements.

  2. Define the behaviour

We define the behaviour you want: which records are matched, what is logged and the rules that apply.

  3. Configure

For a hosted connector, that can include account connections, field mappings and operating rules. For a template, it includes the relevant 3CX and CRM settings.

  4. Test

Configuration and testing focus on representative calls, records and events before the integration goes live.

With AI

When 3CX AI analysis is turned on, supported integrations bring it into your CRM.

More on AI for Business
  • The call summary added to the activity logged on the customer record, where the integration supports it.

  • The transcript, sentiment and recording link in the same place, so a detail can be checked at the source.

Our commitments to you

  • A clear quote

The type of integration, what is included and the cost are set out in writing before any installation.

  • Native template terms

A CRM template includes lifetime updates and 30 days of installation and configuration help.

  • Hosted service terms

A hosted connector includes hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and maintenance.

  • For your existing 3CX system

Our integrations install on an existing 3CX system, no matter who deployed it.

Pricing that reflects the integration

The price depends on the product, deployment type, connected accounts, configuration and any requested development. Templates, hosted services and custom projects have different commercial arrangements.

Native template or hosted connector
A native template is uploaded to your 3CX, with nothing else to host. A hosted connector is a service we run between 3CX and your CRM, for needs that go beyond a template.
Number of installations and accounts
The number of 3CX systems and CRM accounts to connect, especially if your business runs multiple installations.
Custom rules and mappings
Automation rules, mappings between fields in your applications and any changes needed to adapt the integration.
Hosting, monitoring and maintenance
For hosted connectors, hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and maintenance are included. Native templates include lifetime updates and 30 days of installation and configuration support.

Frequently asked questions

Which 3CX licence do we need?

Requirements vary by function. We confirm the supported version, edition, capacity and API access for the selected integration and optional features.

Can we keep our existing IT or 3CX provider?

Yes. We can work with your provider on the access, configuration and responsibilities needed for the integration.

Does every integration offer the same features?

No. Caller lookup, contact creation, activity logging, messaging, routing and other functions depend on the product. Use the individual product page to confirm the supported scope.

Will recordings, transcripts and summaries appear in our CRM?

Only where the connector supports them and the required 3CX features, permissions and settings are enabled. We confirm what is transferred and how it appears in your application.

Can the integration follow our own rules?

Many products provide configurable mappings or rules. A change outside the supported settings requires a separate feasibility and scope review.

What happens if our application is not listed?

We can assess the connection you need. Feasibility depends on the systems’ APIs, available events, permissions and restrictions.

Where is our information processed?

The data flow depends on the integration type, connected systems and optional services. With a native template, your 3CX talks directly to your CRM API; with a hosted connector, the exchanges go through the service we run. We explain the relevant processing and access requirements during setup.

What support and updates are included?

The terms depend on the product and purchase arrangement. The product offer or proposal identifies included assistance, updates and any ongoing service.

We have several 3CX installations. Do we need a template for each one?

No. A native template can be reused on all your 3CX installations. For hosted connectors, managing multiple instances is one of the needs they are built for; we set up the configuration with you.

Can we start with a native template and move to a hosted connector later?

Yes. If your needs grow to include automation rules, mappings, multiple instances or live monitoring, we can move you to a hosted connector. We explain what changes before we do it.

How do we get started?

Contact us with your 3CX version and your CRM. We confirm compatibility, present the option that fits and plan the installation with you.
