Bring phone activity into your NetSuite workflow. Connect 3CX calls with the NetSuite records your team uses. Configure how callers are found, which records can be created and where supported call or chat activity is stored.
Customers, contacts, vendors, partners and an optional custom entity, in the lookup order and with the phone and email fields you choose.
Create a contact, customer or lead from 3CX, or let the connector create them automatically per channel.
Every call becomes a NetSuite phone call with owner and assignee, on the matched entity, on every contact of the customer or on every contact with that number.
When 3CX AI analysis is enabled, the transcript, summary, sentiment and recording link are added to the NetSuite fields you choose.
3CX conversations are logged to a custom record, with field mappings.
Start a call from NetSuite tied to a transaction, and route inbound calls based on a NetSuite field on the contact or customer.
We authorize NetSuite access with OAuth and set the account, subsidiary, language and time zone.
The CRM template is uploaded to your 3CX.
We configure lookup, record creation and logging to match your processes.
If needed, we set up inbound routing and Click2Call.
