Vincere is a CRM and ATS for recruitment agencies: candidates, contacts, companies and jobs. A recruiter spends the day on the phone in it: screens in the morning, interview follow-ups in the afternoon, and call-backs arriving at any time in between. Every minute spent documenting a call is a minute taken from the next one.
Our native template takes care of that documentation. Before dialling, the recruiter searches for the candidate or contact in Vincere from the 3CX dialler. When someone calls back, their number or email is looked up while the phone rings and the record appears before the call is answered. If an unknown candidate calls after seeing an ad, their record can be created from the 3CX client. After the call, the activity is logged in Vincere, with the 3CX AI transcript and summary when that feature is enabled.
You upload the template to your 3CX and it connects directly to the Vincere API. There is no service to host.

Frequently asked questions
How is Vincere authorised?
With OAuth 2.0, using a Vincere account from your agency.
Does the AI summary replace our notes?
It adds to them. When AI analysis is enabled in your 3CX, the transcript, summary, sentiment and recording link are added to the activity, and your recruiters can still add their own notes. You need 3CX V20 Pro or AI with CRM integration enabled.
