For sales and marketing teams that live in HubSpot: the caller is recognised while the phone rings, leads and owners follow your rules, and every call or chat is logged with its recording link.
Highlights
- HubSpot contact record shown while the phone rings
- Leads created by your rules, with their properties
- Owner reassigned by queue or agent
- Calls and chats on the timeline, with the recording link
HubSpot is often a small business’s first CRM: marketing tracks campaigns in it, and sales manages contacts, companies and deals. When calls go through 3CX without being connected, the contact timeline has gaps and reps don’t know who is calling.
Our hosted connector closes that gap. While the phone rings, the number is looked up in HubSpot and the contact record appears in the 3CX client. Your rules then apply: a lead can be created with the properties you choose, and the owner can be reassigned based on the queue or agent that answered. When the call ends, the activity appears on the contact timeline with a link to the recording. 3CX chats are logged the same way.
- Lookup by phone number or email, and HubSpot search from 3CX
- Create a contact from the 3CX client when the caller is unknown
- Leads created by your rules, with property assignments
- Owner reassignment and field mappings
- Calls and chats logged, with the recording link
Frequently asked questions
Can I create a HubSpot contact from the 3CX client?
Yes. When the number isn’t recognised, the agent can create the contact from the 3CX client without leaving the call. Leads can also be created automatically based on the rules we set up with you.
Is the 3CX AI transcript sent to HubSpot?
No. For HubSpot, the logged call includes the recording link but not 3CX AI analysis.
How is HubSpot authorised?
Through an OAuth connection you approve from your HubSpot account. You need 3CX V20 Pro or AI with CRM integration enabled.
