Perfex CRM is a self-hosted CRM popular with agencies and service businesses: customers, contacts, leads, projects, estimates and invoices on your own server. Depending on how you work, your calls are mostly about existing customers or about new leads. That is why our template comes in two editions.
The Customers edition looks the caller up among your customers and their contacts: the account manager sees who is calling and finds the project in progress. The Leads edition is for teams doing outreach: the caller is looked up among your leads, and a new lead can be created from the 3CX client when a stranger calls for a quote. Either way, the call is logged in Perfex CRM when the conversation ends.
You upload the template to your 3CX and it connects directly to the Perfex CRM database. There is nothing else to host.
- Customers edition or Leads edition
- Lookup by phone number or email, with the record displayed
- Search from the 3CX dialler and record creation from the 3CX client
- Calls, chats and texts logged, with 3CX AI analysis when enabled
Frequently asked questions
Why a database connection?
The template reads and writes directly to the Perfex CRM database, so it needs access to that database, reachable from your 3CX server. We set this up with you.
Which edition should I choose?
The Customers edition if most calls come from existing customers; the Leads edition if you mostly get new enquiries. You need 3CX V20 Pro or AI with CRM integration enabled.
