- Contact record shown while the phone rings
- Search from the 3CX dialler and contacts
- Contacts created from the 3CX client
- Calls, chats and texts in the history
EspoCRM is an open-source CRM favoured by small businesses that want to stay in control of their data. It handles accounts, contacts, leads and activities, and it can run on your own server or in the cloud.
Our native template connects 3CX to your EspoCRM instance. While the phone rings, the number is looked up and the contact record appears in the 3CX client: the office manager knows who is calling and can answer by name. If the person isn’t in the CRM yet, they can be added from the 3CX client. Search also works from the 3CX dialler and contacts page. When the conversation ends, the call is added to the contact’s history in EspoCRM.
You upload the template to your 3CX and it talks directly to the EspoCRM API. There is no intermediary service to host.
- Lookup by phone number or email, with the record displayed
- Search from the 3CX dialler and contacts page
- Contact creation from the 3CX client
- Calls, chats and texts logged, with 3CX AI analysis when enabled
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with self-hosted EspoCRM?
Yes. Your instance just needs to be reachable from your 3CX server, since the template talks directly to its API.
How is the connection authorised?
With an EspoCRM API key. You also need 3CX V20 Pro or AI with CRM integration enabled.
