- We begin by reviewing the platform, access, dependencies, backups and services connected to the website, including whether changes to hosting could affect email or other DNS records. The migration plan identifies what will move, what needs to be tested and how the change will be coordinated.
- Access that matches how you work
- Plesk and WordPress Toolkit support the administration of our hosting environment. Depending on the service arrangement, you can have appropriate panel access or ask us to manage the agreed technical work. Your team should know which changes it can make directly and when to contact us.

Can you host a site someone else built?
Yes, subject to a technical review. We need to understand the platform, available access, licences, dependencies and condition of the website before confirming the migration or maintenance scope.
Will moving the website affect our email?
It can if the website and email share DNS settings or other services. We review the configuration and coordinate the required changes. Email hosting is a separate service unless explicitly included.
What happens if the website goes offline?
Monitoring and support arrangements depend on the agreement. Investigation may involve the hosting environment, website software, domain, DNS or a third-party service. The relevant intervention process is defined for the service.
Can you restore a backup?
We can provide restoration services according to the available backups and agreed scope. Backup frequency and retention determine which recovery points are available; changes after a selected backup may need to be recreated.
Are all plugin updates automatic?
The update approach depends on the website and the component. Sensitive changes may require staging, checks or coordination before being applied to the live site.
Is malware cleanup included?
The agreement specifies the incident work included. The response may involve investigation, cleanup, restoration and corrective work, with any additional scope discussed as required.
Can you also update our content or add functions?
Yes, through the services or project scope agreed. Hosting and routine maintenance do not automatically include content production, redesigns or custom development.
Can we move the website to another provider later?
The service agreement defines the available handover and migration arrangements. Website files, databases, access and third-party licences need to be considered when planning a transfer.
Do you host sites other than WordPress?
We can assess other PHP-based websites and applications. Compatibility, resource needs, deployment and maintenance responsibilities must be reviewed before hosting is confirmed.
