Evolute I.T. Inc. Search

A website that makes your business easy to understand

Your website should help visitors understand what you do, why it matters to them and how to take the next step. Evolute designs and builds WordPress websites around that purpose. We bring together content, navigation, visual design and the functions your business needs, with an editing experience you can use after launch.

Plan the experience around your visitors

Content with a clear purpose
We help organize your pages around the questions visitors need answered. The project can include content review or writing, with clear responsibilities for the business information, photos and approvals required.
Design that reflects your business
Your branding, typography, colours, images and page layouts should work together. We create a consistent presentation that supports the content and helps visitors find their way.
Clear paths to action
A useful website makes the next step apparent. We plan navigation, forms and calls to action around your priorities, whether that means inquiries, bookings, purchases or another defined action.
An experience suited to different screens
We adapt layouts and interactions for the devices included in the project. Menus, forms, text and important actions need to remain usable when the screen gets smaller.
WordPress expertise, with room to grow
We build websites with WordPress so the content can be managed through a familiar editing interface. The configuration, plugins and custom work are selected around the project’s requirements. Need a portal or an operational tool? See our web application services.
WooCommerce stores
For online stores, we work with WooCommerce. A project can include the catalogue, cart, checkout, payment connections, order handling and shipping configuration. Tax settings are established using the requirements and information validated for your business.
Search visibility
The agreed work can include page titles, descriptions, heading structure, appropriate language URLs and performance improvements. These help create a sound foundation for search engines to understand the site; placements in search results or AI-generated answers cannot be guaranteed.
Accessibility and structured information
We consider content structure, contrast, keyboard use and text alternatives in the design and implementation. If your project requires a formal accessibility standard or assessment, that requirement needs to be defined in the scope. Suitable structured data can also make your information easier for search systems and other tools to interpret.

From the first pages to launch

  1. Establish the priorities

We review your audience, offer, existing website and the actions you want visitors to take.

  2. Plan the content and design

We agree on the page structure, content responsibilities and visual direction before building the full site.

  3. Build and review

We develop the website and review the agreed pages, functions and language versions with you.

  4. Prepare the launch and handover

We coordinate the launch requirements, provide the agreed editing guidance, and clarify hosting, maintenance and future changes.

Bilingual content that works as a complete experience

An English and French website needs more than a language switch. Visitors should be able to follow the same important paths in either language.

  • The page structure, translated navigation and forms are planned together, using an appropriate WordPress multilingual setup.

  • Each language keeps its own addresses, titles and descriptions for search engines, and visitors can switch languages while staying on the same page.

  • Writing, translation and review responsibilities are defined in the project scope.

For presenting services and receiving enquiries

Our projects are primarily for businesses that want to present their services clearly and make it easier for customers to contact them or buy.

This is for you if…

  • Your current site is outdated, hard to update or poorly suited to phones.
  • You serve French- and English-speaking customers and want two versions of equal quality.
  • You want your site to generate quote requests, calls, emails or online sales.
  • You prefer to have one team handle design, hosting and technical follow-up.

What it isn’t

  • A generic template filled in hastily: the structure and content are planned for your business.
  • A promise of first place on Google: no provider can guarantee a result. We implement the agreed technical and content foundations; visibility also depends on competition, content and ongoing work.
  • A site on another platform: our website design service focuses on WordPress and WooCommerce. If your current site uses another platform, we can discuss whether moving it makes sense.

What shapes the quote?

The scope depends on the number and complexity of pages, the available content and photos, the language versions, and functions such as ecommerce, forms or integrations.

Number and complexity of pages
A site with a few pages doesn’t require the same work as one that presents several services, industries or locations.
Language versions
Preparing and reviewing the French and English versions, with writing, translation and review responsibilities defined in the scope.
Content and photos
The work varies depending on whether you supply text and images or need our help organizing and editing the copy and choosing photos.
Functions
Contact or quote request forms, a blog or news section, a WooCommerce store and connections to your other software.

The proposal distinguishes the website project from recurring costs such as hosting, maintenance, premium licences and third-party services.

Frequently asked questions

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We can review its content, structure, platform and technical condition to determine what can be retained and what needs to be rebuilt.

Do you work with platforms other than WordPress?

Our website design service focuses on WordPress and WooCommerce. If your current site uses another platform, we can discuss whether moving it to WordPress makes sense for your project.

Can you write the content?

Content review and writing can be included in the project scope. We will need your input on the business, offer and claims, along with approval of the final material.

Will we be able to edit the website ourselves?

We configure the agreed editing functions and can include guidance for your team. Changes to content are different from changes to the website’s structure or custom functionality.

Will the website appear first on Google?

No provider can guarantee a first-place result. We can implement the agreed technical and content foundations; visibility also depends on competition, content and ongoing work.

Are there transaction fees with WooCommerce?

Costs depend on the payment provider, extensions and services used. Hosting and premium licences may also apply. We identify relevant third-party costs when defining the store.

Who owns the website?

Your business content remains yours. We provide the agreed website files, database and administrative access so your business can manage and move the site. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, photos and other licensed materials may have separate terms, which are identified as part of the project.

What happens after launch?

We clarify hosting, maintenance and support arrangements as part of the handover. Content changes and new functions are handled according to the services or project work agreed.
