ConceptsWeb is now Evolute I.T. The new name reflects the work our company does today: managing IT, supporting 3CX communications, developing integrations and building software around business needs. The people behind the company and our commitment to our clients continue under the Evolute name.
A name that better describes our work
Over the years, our work has grown well beyond the web. Today we manage our clients’ IT day to day, deploy and support 3CX phone systems, build our own integrations between 3CX and CRMs, develop custom applications and guide businesses through their technology projects.
The ConceptsWeb name no longer described the full scope of that work. Evolute expresses our role: helping our clients’ technology evolve as their business needs change. And “I.T.” says clearly what we are: an information technology company.
What stays the same
- Our team: the same people answer your requests and know your environment.
- Our services: managed services, 3CX telephony, integrations, development and web continue without interruption.
- Your support: your billing and support client portals remain available from our website.
- Your agreements: your current services continue as usual; we will contact you directly if any document needs to be updated.
What changes
- A new name and a new brand identity.
- A new, fully bilingual website designed to help you find information quickly and reach us easily.
- A single email address to write to us: info@evoluteit.com.
- An online catalogue of our 3CX integrations and a newsletter to follow what’s new.
Updating your contact details
The only step we suggest is adding our new contact details to your address book. That will help you reach us easily and recognize the emails we send you. You will find them on our Contact page.
