The thinking behind Evolute
I started ConceptsWeb in 2018 with a straightforward goal: give businesses a technical partner who would understand how they work, explain their options clearly, and help them make sound decisions. That still guides how I run Evolute today.
My work brings together two sides of technology: supporting the systems a business depends on and developing the software that connects them. I’m interested in the details that make a difference in someone’s day: a customer record available when the phone rings, information moving between applications, or a repetitive task that can be automated. Understanding both the infrastructure and the software gives us more ways to solve those problems.
As our clients’ needs evolved, the scope of our work grew. We took on more of their day-to-day technology and built our own integrations, now used by businesses here and abroad. Having development expertise in-house became an important part of our approach: we could adapt and build tools around the way a business actually operates.
In 2026, ConceptsWeb became Evolute. The new name reflects the company we had become and the role I want us to play as our clients grow. My goal is for a business owner to know who to call, understand what we’re recommending, and feel confident that the people doing the work understand why it matters. That is the kind of company I want to keep building.

We support businesses in the Laurentides, Lanaudière, Laval and Montréal, with remote work and on-site visits according to the service and location. Our development and 3CX integration work also serves customers beyond Québec. We confirm delivery and support arrangements for each engagement.

Is Evolute the same company as ConceptsWeb?
Yes. ConceptsWeb became Evolute in 2026. The new name reflects the wider scope of our work in IT, 3CX, integrations and software development. You can read Frederick’s account of that evolution above.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We primarily work with small and mid-sized businesses, including companies with no internal IT team and companies that need additional expertise for their existing staff. We also work on defined communications, integration and development projects.
Can we keep our existing IT provider?
Yes. You can engage us for a specific service or project. We agree on the scope and the collaboration needed with your team or provider before work begins.
Do you work in French and English?
Yes. You can communicate with our team in French or English, in writing or in conversation. Language requirements for project content, training and documentation are agreed as part of the scope.
How do we know where to start?
